Corrections Cloud Community Leader

Establish yourself as a Corrections Technology Specialist by being an Online Community Manager for Corrections Cloud. You'll lead colleagues in community corrections and institutional corrections to facilitate solutions to procedural and operational issues.

  • Make new online contacts for Corrections Cloud, moderate conversations as necessary; encourage specific topics
  • escalate issues as necessary to appropriate personnel. When needed, enforce community guidelines and boundaries. 
  • Actively participate and lead community conversations across Corrections Cloud social platforms including but not limited to Google+, Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter
  • Field inquiries from online users and provide accurate technical responses as needed, determine when to take sensitive issues offline, and route more detailed issues directly to Technical Support
  • Become a brand ambassador across external forums and social sites, helping to spread awareness of Corrections Cloud as well as provide timely answers to users needing assistance

Helpful Skills
  • Experience leading or heavy participation in online communities
  • Proven, In-depth knowledge and understanding of online security and privacy.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent verbal, written and listening skills
  • A solid understanding of computers, the Internet, and all around technology is expected.
  • Customer Service and Computer Troubleshooting Support skills are a plus.
